In order to mark 30th Anniversary of the Faisalabad branch of Serena Hotel, a series of events have been launched starting from November to December 2017. The celebrations kicked off with two Public-Diplomacy events.
The first event was held recently with the title of “Clean Up Drive” in which the hotel arranged to clean the Club road, Jinnah Park and its surroundings.
The hotel staff was distributed in three different teams to cover separate areas and cleaned the entire Park along with the road.
In continuation with the activities Faisalabad Serena Hotel also arranged a “Walk for Cause against Pollution” in which people from all walks of life participated including the hotel staff.
The event started with the General Manager Saqib Ahmad welcoming the guest of honour Director General Parks & Horticulture Association Meher Hayat Luck. He said, “It is a great initiative to promote a positive approach towards cleanliness.
We are all responsible to keep our surroundings clean and pleasant, and I appreciate efforts made by Faisalabad Serena Hotel.”
On the occasion of the 30th Anniversary Irfan Majeed, EAM of Faisalabad Serena Hotel, emphasized on the importance of activities in protecting the environment to develop interests in citizens to take care of pollution in all ways possible.
The walk started after the speeches, the guests gathered and took around of Jinnah Park Faisalabad.
